Maidian’s 2nd workers and employees’ congress

 On Mar.15th,in order to enhance the staff’s hard working awareness , perfect the build of labor union, improve the working standard and guarantee staff’s rights, Maidian decide to hold this workers and employees’ congress, at the same time, the new group of labor union will be elected. Almost 80 person of the leading group as the representative attended this congress.

With the song of national anthem, the 5 new candidates were passed as the members of labor union. 3 for funding review committee, 3 for women staff committee, 3 for labor discipline committee, Huiming zhou as the chairman of the labor union and she do a speech for the new team.

At the end of congress, President Wang do a speech for congratulation of the new union team. At the same time, he express his wishes all employees will see Maidian is his own family which will help Maidian to be a harmonious family and reaching to a new step.

At last all steps are finished and the congress is successful closed.
